The owners stopped in while on the way home from the city the next day took measurements and were able to manipulate the door back into the… Read more Accidentally ran into my door while backing out of garage. The owners stopped in while on the way home from the city the next day took measurements and were able to manipulate the door back into the track so it would open and close while we waited for the parts to come in and my insurance adjuster to do their thing. They dealt directly with my insurance company and First Onsite and repaired the door as soon as the insurance company gave them the thumbs up. Also took care of our noisy opener!

SMG also went the 'extra mile' for me when a panel needed to be replaced after being damaged. They worked with garaga to ensure the replacement panel was the proper fit and didn't rest until they were satisfied. I would highly recommend SGM Doors!
